Is barbequeing a gender specific skill? I started the BBQ last night for a small gathering at my house. I lit the charcoals on fire, just like you're supposed to - a full 30 minutes ahead of food. But I lit the coals on TOP of the grill. I guess some people prefer to have the charcoals UNDER the grill, so that they can cook food on top. But whatever.
