Western Arts Preparatory Academy's first music offering is violin instruction by Lisa Humphrey for ages 4 to 7 with teaching based on the Shinichi Suzuki method, which involves teacher, child, and parent in the learning process. Cost is $315. Each 12-week session includes nine ½ hour individual private lessons and three 45 minute to 1 hour group lessons/performance.
Western Arts Preparatory Academy features creative dance and elementary ballet for youth ages 2 to 12. Each class session meets once or twice a week for 10-weeks and the cost is $99-$200 per session. Classes begin each quarter beginning this fall. Space is limited and early registration is recommended.
